High-Pressure Liquid Ring Compressor

The SY (single-stage) and 2SY (double-stage) water ring compressors deliver high discharge pressure with compact, stable, isothermal compression, making them well suited to flammable and wet gas streams. External double mechanical seals prevent leakage of the compressed medium, and a flexible exhaust valve holds the target pressure band — 0.15–0.3 MPa for single-stage and 0.3–0.6 MPa for double-stage. They are widely used in petrochemical, chlor-alkali, PVC and pharmaceutical gas compression and tail-gas recycling, with discharge capacities from 1.5 to 35 m³/min.
