The EDSE (equal-pitch) and EDSV (variable-pitch) dry screw vacuum pumps compress gas between two intermeshing screws with no oil or water in the pumping chamber, producing genuinely clean vacuum. With no metal-to-metal contact between the screws and casing, they run reliably on gas streams carrying condensable vapours and light solids — making them a strong fit for chemical and pharmaceutical processing, solvent recovery, crystallisation, vapour coating and packaging. Titanium-alloy construction is available for corrosive media. The range spans roughly 180 to 1,200 m³/h.
