This ZB Hastelloy claw vacuum pump combines the dry, oil-free, non-contact reverse-claw mechanism with Hastelloy composite surfaces, so it withstands strong acids, bases and chloride/fluoride compounds while keeping the process clean. It runs oil-free with no polluted effluent, and options for water removal, temperature regulation, automatic cleaning and immersion circulation adapt it to demanding pharmaceutical and chemical duty such as molecular distillation, drying, degassing and solvent recovery. Speeds run from 108 to 720 m³/h.
