The EDV series is a direct-drive, two-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump built for reliable high vacuum with low vibration and noise. Forced-feed lubrication maintains the pump and seals from atmosphere down to high vacuum, a built-in oil check valve prevents oil backflow, and a large oil-level viewport makes inspection easy. It suits laboratory analysis, laser systems, semiconductor manufacturing, vacuum coating and electron-microscopy support, with flows from 3.6 to 255 m³/h.
